Use of the service
Use Muathaq lawfully and only for contracts and projects you are authorized to manage.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of the users you invite.
Electronic signatures
Muathaq provides self-hosted electronic signatures with a tamper-evident audit trail. It is a valid e-signature but not an accredited or qualified signature service.
Your data
Your content remains yours. You may export it at any time from your account.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
